Top 5 things to do in Maui - Summer Edition

 


Maui is more than beautiful beaches and palm trees. However, we can't deny those are couple good reasons we love it here! We enjoy exploring our island home, and we love sharing it too. That's why we've put together our suggested top 5 things to do in Maui with your keiki this Summer! We hope this read inspires you to get out there and make memories with your little ones.


1. Maui Tropical Plantation - Waikapu

Between flying on the zip lines, to feeding ducks, and coconut husking lessons; you're in for a full day of adventure at the Maui Tropical Plantation. Stop in at their fresh produce stand for something delicious and the Country Store to shop some of our Three Coconuts Maui keiki clothes! 

2. Baby Beach - Spreckelsville

If you're looking for the best family friendly beach on Maui, look no further than Baby Beach on Maui's North Shore. White sand bottom, aqua water, and a reef breakwall keeps this natural pool-like swimming area, calm.

3. Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice - Lahina, Kahilui, Kihei 

Whether you're visiting or a local to Maui, Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice is a must stop after a day at the beach. We recommend their coconut, guava, and mango flavors. Oh and don't forget the vanilla ice cream at the bottom and a snow cap on top!

4. Kula Country Farms - Upcountry 

If you're looking for something interactive that the whole family will enjoy, take a drive up to Kula Country Farms for an afternoon of strawberry picking. During the Summer they welcome visitors to come and self pick their delicious strawberries. The view of Maui's glowing coastline below is not too shabby either. 

5. Maui Ocean Center - Wailuku 

Is the sea is what you seek, the Maui Ocean Center is the spot. Known as the largest tropical aquarium in the western hemisphere, this is an excellent spot to bring the family for a day of ocean education and fun.
